Family & Friends Show - 3/25/10
On March 25, 2010, Westfield High School held their Second Annual Invitational Exhibition.
Sadly, because of some of the worst winter weather the area has seen in more than 10 years,
all of the guards that were scheduled to appear were forced to cancel in lieu of much needed
practice time prior to Championships on the 27th and 28th of March. It is with hope that
the weather will be much more cooperative next year and they will be able to return. In the
meantime, the Family and Friends show went on as planned and we were introduced to the
up-and-comers at Stone Middle School. With the aide of veteran Westfield Guard Members,
these students learned basics and proudly showed their skills to an adoring crowd. What can
we say, but 'Welcome to Westfield Color Guard!'
